    Victoria Hall -Withrow brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate, with a career spanning residential and commercial property management, leasing, and sales. She opened VPML in 2011 and has since built a reputation for managing a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, apartment buildings, Airbnbs, mixed-use properties, neighborhood plazas, and regional shopping centers.

    Deeply rooted in the Santa Barbara County, Victoria is an active community member, volunteer, and board participant for several local nonprofits. She believes it is a true privilege to live and work in a community filled with such exceptional people.

    Tyson's background in account management within the aviation and hospitality sectors has equipped him with exceptional skills in handling difficult situations with ease and through a hands-on approach, ensuring all matters are resolved swiftly. When he's not focused on client success, Tyson is an avid golfer, frequently enjoying the courses at Alisal Guest Ranch. A graduate of Westmont College and born and raised in the Santa Ynez Valley, he offers deep knowledge of both the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez communities.

  • With more than 12 years of real estate bookkeeping experience at VPML, I have managed the financial operations of multimillion-dollar real estate portfolios. My expertise includes overseeing day-to-day property accounting, monitoring leases and escalations, handling financial reporting, preparing complete year-end reconciliations in coordination for tax filings, and so much more.

    I am also an active and engaged member of my community and enjoy supporting local organizations, including especially our community theater. I am passionate about my work and committed to providing accurate, reliable, and detail-focused financial management for every property I oversee.
