    Victoria Hall -Withrow brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate, with a career spanning residential and commercial property management, leasing, and sales. She opened VPML in 2011 and has since built a reputation for managing and selling a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, apartment buildings, Airbnbs, mixed-use properties, neighborhood plazas, and regional shopping centers.

    Deeply rooted in the Santa Barbara County, Victoria is an active community member, volunteer, and board participant for several local nonprofits. She believes it is a true privilege to live and work in a community filled with such exceptional people.

My expertise includes overseeing day-to-day property accounting, monitoring leases and escalations, handling financial reporting, preparing complete year-end reconciliations in coordination for tax filings, and so much more.

    I am also an active and engaged member of my community and enjoy supporting local organizations, including especially our community theater. I am passionate about my work and committed to providing accurate, reliable, and detail-focused financial management for every property I oversee.
